Prerequisites
Before starting the integration, ensure the following are in place:- An EFTPOS terminal compatible with Linkly Cloud (e.g., Commonwealth Bank, NAB, or ANZ)
- Valid Linkly Cloud credentials
- POBLE POS installed and configured
- A stable internet connection

1. Enable Cloud Mode on the EFTPOS Terminal
- Press Func, then enter 7410 on the terminal.
- Select 2. Terminal Set Up.
- Press Begin.
- Select Cloud Comms.
- The terminal will test the network connection.
- Once the terminal displays Setup Complete, press OK.
- Press Cancel to return to the home screen.
- The terminal will prompt for PIN Pad Pairing Code generation.
- Press Enter to generate a new pairing code.

A 6-digit pairing code will be displayed on the terminal.
⏱ Note: You have 180 seconds to complete pairing on the POS. If it times out, press Enter again to generate a new code.
2. Pair the Terminal in POBLE POS
- Navigate to Settings > Payment Settings > Linkly.
- Toggle on Pair Linkly Terminal.
- Enter your Username, Password, and the Pairing Code generated from the terminal.
- Click Pair to complete the setup.
Re-Pairing the Terminal
You will need to re-pair the terminal in the following cases:- Changes to your Linkly account credentials
- Connecting the terminal to a different POS device
1. Reset and Generate a New Pairing Code
- Press Func, then enter 8880 on the terminal.
- The terminal will prompt for PIN Pad Pairing Code generation.
- Press Enter to generate a new 6-digit pairing code.
2. Re-Pair in POBLE POS
- Navigate to Settings > Payment Settings > Linkly.
- Toggle on Pair Linkly Terminal.
- Enter your Username, Password, and the Pairing Code.
- Click Pair to reconnect the terminal.
