Before starting the integration, ensure the following are in place:
- An EFTPOS terminal compatible with Linkly Cloud (e.g., Commonwealth Bank, NAB, or ANZ)
- Valid Linkly Cloud credentials
- POBLE POS installed and configured
- A stable internet connection
Don’t have a Linkly Cloud merchant facility enabled?
Please contact your EFTPOS provider to get set up.
Step-by-Step Integration
1. Enable Cloud Mode on the EFTPOS Terminal

Press Func, then enter 7410 on the terminal.

Select 2. Terminal Set Up.

Press Begin.

Select Cloud Comms.

The terminal will test the network connection.

Once the terminal displays Setup Complete, press OK.

Press Cancel to return to the home screen.

The terminal will prompt for PIN Pad Pairing Code generation.

Press Enter to generate a new pairing code.

A 6-digit pairing code will be displayed on the terminal.
⏱ Note: You have 180 seconds to complete pairing on the POS. If it times out, press Enter again to generate a new code.
2. Pair the Terminal in POBLE POS
- Navigate to Settings > Payment Settings > Linkly.
- Toggle on Pair Linkly Terminal.
- Enter your Username, Password, and the Pairing Code generated from the terminal.
- Click Pair to complete the setup.
Re-Pairing the Terminal
You will need to re-pair the terminal in the following cases:
- Changes to your Linkly account credentials
- Connecting the terminal to a different POS device
1. Reset and Generate a New Pairing Code
- Press Func, then enter 8880 on the terminal.
- The terminal will prompt for PIN Pad Pairing Code generation.
- Press Enter to generate a new 6-digit pairing code.
2. Re-Pair in POBLE POS
- Navigate to Settings > Payment Settings > Linkly.
- Toggle on Pair Linkly Terminal.
- Enter your Username, Password, and the Pairing Code.
- Click Pair to reconnect the terminal.
