Prerequisites

Before starting the integration, ensure the following are in place:
  • An EFTPOS terminal compatible with Linkly Cloud (e.g., Commonwealth Bank, NAB, or ANZ)
  • Valid Linkly Cloud credentials
  • POBLE POS installed and configured
  • A stable internet connection

Don’t have a Linkly Cloud merchant facility enabled?

Please contact your EFTPOS provider to get set up.

Step-by-Step Integration

1. Enable Cloud Mode on the EFTPOS Terminal

  • Press Func, then enter 7410 on the terminal.
  • Select 2. Terminal Set Up.
  • Press Begin.
  • Select Cloud Comms.
  • The terminal will test the network connection.
  • Once the terminal displays Setup Complete, press OK.
  • Press Cancel to return to the home screen.
  • The terminal will prompt for PIN Pad Pairing Code generation.
  • Press Enter to generate a new pairing code.
  • A 6-digit pairing code will be displayed on the terminal.
    ⏱ Note: You have 180 seconds to complete pairing on the POS. If it times out, press Enter again to generate a new code.

2. Pair the Terminal in POBLE POS

  • Navigate to Settings > Payment Settings > Linkly.
  • Toggle on Pair Linkly Terminal.
  • Enter your Username, Password, and the Pairing Code generated from the terminal.
  • Click Pair to complete the setup.

Re-Pairing the Terminal

You will need to re-pair the terminal in the following cases:
  • Changes to your Linkly account credentials
  • Connecting the terminal to a different POS device

1. Reset and Generate a New Pairing Code

  • Press Func, then enter 8880 on the terminal.
  • The terminal will prompt for PIN Pad Pairing Code generation.
  • Press Enter to generate a new 6-digit pairing code.

2. Re-Pair in POBLE POS

  • Navigate to Settings > Payment Settings > Linkly.
  • Toggle on Pair Linkly Terminal.
  • Enter your Username, Password, and the Pairing Code.
  • Click Pair to reconnect the terminal.
