Create and maintain your POBLE menus in the backoffice or directly on a POS device. Choose the guide that matches where you are working. ## Choose your workspace | Workspace | Use these guides for | | - | - | | Backoffice — Company | Company menu categories, items, available stores, and option groups. | | Backoffice — Store & Franchise | Categories and items associated with a selected location. | | POS Device | Menu categories, items, and options managed on the POS itself. | | Menu Configuration | Option mapping, printer mapping, prepaid items, menu layout, and discounts. | Start with categories, then create menu items and option groups. Assign the options to the relevant items before arranging the POS menu layout. ## Backoffice — Company Choose your company and open the menu settings in the backoffice. Organise company menu items into categories such as Coffee, Food, or Drinks. Create company menu items and update their names, prices, categories, and other details. Create option groups and choices for sizes, flavours, and other item customisations. ## Backoffice — Store & Franchise Select a store and view the menu items available at that location. Create a menu category for the selected store. Manage menu categories and items for an individual store. ## POS Device Open the menu tools from the POS main screen. Add a category or browse available categories from the POS. Enter menu item details directly on the POS. Create and organise option groups and choices on the POS. ## Menu Configuration Link option groups to menu items so customers can customise their orders. Manage printer groups for routing menu items to the appropriate printers. Create gift card or prepaid items from the POS menu tools. Arrange categories and item buttons to suit the way your staff work. Create discount options for your POS from the company backoffice. ## Ready to take orders?
