# Manage Permissions

> Review POS role presets for staff access.

The Notion guide describes permissions for admins and employees. Its screenshot shows **Employees → POS Role**, where you can review POS role presets.

## Manage Permissions

  <Step title="Open POS Role">
    In the company view, select **Employees**, then **POS Role**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a preset to review">
    Select the relevant preset. The source screen lists **Preset 1 (Shop Owner)**, **Preset 2 (Franchise Manager)**, and **Preset 3 (Staff)**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the available permissions">
    Review the access options shown for that preset and configure them to match staff responsibilities. Use the controls on that screen to apply your changes.
