# Linkly Integration

> Learn how to integrate Linkly EFTPOS with the POBLE POS system to enable seamless in-store payments.

## Prerequisites

Before starting the integration, ensure the following are in place:

* An **EFTPOS terminal compatible with Linkly Cloud** (e.g., Commonwealth Bank, NAB, or ANZ)
* Valid **Linkly Cloud credentials**
* **POBLE POS** installed and configured
* A stable internet connection

### Don't have a Linkly Cloud merchant facility enabled?

Please contact your EFTPOS provider to get set up.

## Step-by-Step Integration

### 1. Enable Cloud Mode on the EFTPOS Terminal

* Press **Func**, then enter **7410** on the terminal.
* Select **2. Terminal Set Up**.
* Press **Begin**.
* Select **Cloud Comms**.
* The terminal will test the network connection.
* Once the terminal displays **Setup Complete**, press **OK**.
* Press **Cancel** to return to the home screen.
* The terminal will prompt for **PIN Pad Pairing Code** generation.
* Press **Enter** to generate a new pairing code.
* A 6-digit pairing code will be displayed on the terminal.

  > ⏱ Note: You have 180 seconds to complete pairing on the POS. If it times out, press **Enter** again to generate a new code.

### 2. Pair the Terminal in POBLE POS

* Navigate to **Settings > Payment Settings > Linkly**.
* Toggle on **Pair Linkly Terminal**.
* Enter your **Username**, **Password**, and the **Pairing Code** generated from the terminal.
* Click **Pair** to complete the setup.

## Re-Pairing the Terminal

You will need to re-pair the terminal in the following cases:

* Changes to your Linkly account credentials
* Connecting the terminal to a different POS device

### 1. Reset and Generate a New Pairing Code

* Press **Func**, then enter **8880** on the terminal.
* The terminal will prompt for PIN Pad Pairing Code generation.
* Press **Enter** to generate a new 6-digit pairing code.

### 2. Re-Pair in POBLE POS

* Navigate to **Settings > Payment Settings > Linkly**.
* Toggle on **Pair Linkly Terminal**.
* Enter your **Username**, **Password**, and the **Pairing Code**.
* Click **Pair** to reconnect the terminal.
